Law Henderson

Law has been with Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc. since October, 1986. He has 34 years experience in multi-line claims handling from auto and public liability to workers compensation claims. He was the former claims and office manager for Pacific Marine Insurance Company’s Anchorage office. Law is a partner in Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc.

AVIATION SUPERVISOR:
Neil A. Webster

Neil was the former president and general manager of Air Claims of Alaska and owner of Webster & Associates. Neil has 23 years experience in aircraft appraisal/adjusting and general liability claims. He has an Associate Degree in Police Administration and a BS in Criminology, with seven years experience as an Anchorage Police Department reserve officer. Neil is also a pilot with single engine land and sea ratings. He is a partner in Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc.

PROPERTY, HEAVY EQUIPMENT, AND TRUCK SUPERVISOR:
Gary Oathout

Gary started with Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc. in 1989 as an auto and heavy equipment appraiser. With his extensive background in building construction he soon added property claims to his skills. Gary handles commercial and residential property claims and supervises heavy equipment claims. He is a partner in Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc.

MARINE SUPERVISOR:
Peter B. Costello

Pete is the manager of our Marine Department.  He has fifteen years maritime claims handling experience and office management.  Previously, worked in deck and engine departments on commercial cargo vessels (towboat, tug, containership).  Nine years ocean rescue and harbor patrol.  Licensed as Towboat Operator/Master as well as Unlimited Inland Mate on Inspected Vessels of any Gross Tons, Steam or Motor.  Graduated Western State School of Law and was admitted to the California Bar in 1992, and the Oregon Bar in 2000.  Conducts repair surveys on numerous types of vessels.  Presently licensed as General Lines Adjuster in Alaska and Oregon.  He joined our firm in June of 2005.  Peter is a partner in Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc.

Bob Reupke joined Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc. in 1992 and now has over 34 years of multi-line adjusting experience including Auto, General Liability, Marine, Protection & Indemnity, Professional, Products and Airport Liability. Bob is capable of handling all types of liability, auto or property claims. His extensive experience has proved invaluable while with Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc.

Ronald H. Huffman has been with Professional Adjusters for a little over a year, but he brings with him 15 years of experience in commercial photography, Admiralty P&I Worker's Compensation, Commercial Property, Real Property (E&O Claims), Inland Marine, Homeowner and Mobile home, Fire and Allied lines, Heavy Truck & Equipment, CGL Including Broad Form, Auto Physical Damage & Liability and Motor truck cargo. He is also INS Certified and is a Realtors Institute Graduate.

Julie Cisco graduated from Vale National's Casualty Adjusting class in 2003 with outstanding grades. She is a multi-line adjuster handling Auto, General Liability, Marine, and Aviation claims. Her background is in maritime operations and she also has administrative and management experience in adjusting.

APPRAISER:
Layton Welsh

Layton Welsh joined Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc. in July, 1990 and is currently in charge of our auto appraisal division. Layton is I-car trained and has 15 years of extensive frame and painting experience.  He also specializes in RV damage appraisals.  Our appraisal department handled over 1,200 claims in 2000 and over 2,600 claims from January, 2001 through August, 2001.

Bobbie Messer coordinates the auto appraisal department and provides general office and computer support. She is experienced in our operations and available to field your questions, take new assignments, and direct you to the proper party.

Kathy Clemenson

Kathy Clemenson is a multi-line adjuster with 30 years experience handling property, casualty and workers compensation claims. Kathy worked for GAB and then CIGNA before joining Professional Adjusters of Alaska, Inc. She is very versatile and a valued member of our staff. Kathy is currently the office manager of our Matanuska Valley claims office which includes Palmer, Wasilla, Sutton, Talkeetna, Willow, Big Lake and the surrounding communities.
